Briisk launches Generally Available (GA) Version of our Briisk Instant Transaction Platform – Briisk Accelerate 2.0

Briisk launches Briisk Accelerate 2.0. This new version of our Briisk Instant Transaction Platform is complete with

  • Entity Management
  • Corporate Interface
  • Know-Your-Customer (KYC)
  • Automated Claims Process
  • Policy Administration Functionality
  • Deep-link into a Global Distribution System (GDS) 

Entity Management

Using our own code base, Briisk has developed a flexible, easily configurable tech solution, allowing us to transform our clients’ physical processes into digital equivalents. The key force behind this core tech is called ‘entity management’. It represents our unique customer value proposition and is readily available for all clients as of now.

Corporate Interface

On Briisk’s Corporate Interface, entities get created, according to easily configurable data fields and forms. With varying and complex financial regulations, this flexible data structure allows rapid mapping of digital business models.

Know-Your-Customer (KYC)

Further, entity management delivers benefits through the automation and onboarding of clients, end-customers, insurance products, and financial services. Instead of manual processes, which include the collation and checking of documents with outside institutions, with Briisk’s KYC process validation and verification are completely automated and thus instant. Clients and end-customers upload their documents directly to the system and once recorded, authentication details are checked with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), electronically and seamlessly.

 Automated Claims Process

With the Briisk Accelerate 2.0 release, we are also launching our automated, end-to-end Claims Management Process. The full workflow, from the logging of a claim to settlement, is digitised for efficiency and cost reduction. The workflows of all relevant players in the value chain, such as insurers, underwriters and administrators, are managed in a single claims process. Document management, status management, client communications and the ability to investigate, edit, and approve or decline a claim are all included in our process.

Policy Administration

Our Policy Administration functionality has been developed and deployed for the Hollard Group travel insurance product. Clients can amend, cancel and refund travel policies, using the Briisk Corporate Interface.

The ability to configure the Briisk Instant Transaction platform to any insurance product, application and client, extends to the new Policy Administration functionality.

 Travel Industry Solutions

The travel industry is important for Briisk and we are continuously working on improving our solutions for this sector. With Briisk Accelerate 2.0 a deep-link into one of the major GDS systems has been completed. This integrates Briisk’s Insurance API directly into the travel agent’s booking flow, via the Briisk E-Commerce API or via the Briisk White Label. The deep-linking between the GDS system and insurer via the Briisk White Label results in a regulations-compliant instant-insurance travel transaction.
